A 1kg long oval wood pulp banneton to support the dough during it’s final prove, giving it that wonderful artisan look. Available in a choice of patterns.
A dough scraper for lifting and cutting dough.
A dough scoring lame with a curved stainless steel blade to slash the dough before baking, allowing it to rise evenly.
A unisex adult apron. 100% natural cotton drill, 255gsm, approximately 87cm x 63cm (size can vary slightly).
A proving cloth/tea towel to keep the dough moist while proving. 100% natural cotton, 185gsm, approximately 48cm x 80cm (sizes can vary slightly).
A basic yeasted dough recipe to get you started as well as a basic sourdough recipe and instructions on the care and use of the banneton.
