Does a good job, the dough comes out nice with no sticking. A good service and prompt delivery.

These wood pulp proving baskets are way better than those made of rattan. They are much sturdier and easy to brush clean after use. Can’t fault them at all and the dough seems to rise better than when you use a plastic bowl, maybe because it’s warmer to the touch. Well worth buying

High quality product, replaced traditional bannetons with this pulp one. Nothing better to avoid sticking the dough in the banneton. A bit of flour dust and job done. Care instructions included are great.

As a sourdough baker, I searched for a brotform banneton without a pattern, I like to create my own, and this is ideal. Great quality, I can see that this will give many years of service.

The dough proofs really well in this basket and it never stuck for me while using minimum of flower for dusting. The company also provided care instructions, I wasn't aware of these before when using wood pulp baskets. Would choose again, fully recommend the product!

The Celtic design on the bottom of the Banneton looked beautiful on the baked bread.
The bannetons are robust and easy to dust out after use.
