Excellent quality, far superior to cane bannetons, the proved dough falls away easily without sticking or distortion. I use a slight dusting of flour for easy dough release.
The price and quality of service from Broadoak is faultless, I have since repeat ordered and shall do again.

High quality product, replaced traditional bannetons with this pulp one. Nothing better to avoid sticking the dough in the banneton. A bit of flour dust and job done. Care instructions included are great.

Very pleased with my purchase of a 1kg Long Oval Banneton from Broadoak Nursery. Have used the Banneton several times for my Sourdough baking and can highly recommend. Very good value, very well packaged and extremely pleased with the service.

The banneton has transformed the shape of my load. Previously i'd been using a colander whilst the sourdough was doing final rest overnight in the fridge. The banneton allows the dough to expand in the correct direction. The dough tips out easily and has a lovely pattern on it. Really pleased i bought this

They perform their role just great. Only concern is just like most natural bannetons, don't put them in the dish-washer. Far better than the reed bannetons, and the results have been spot on!
